We promise to earn your trust by delivering you high quality products with efficient service and the convenience you deserve — all at reasonable prices. 

In spite of our efforts, if you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, let us help you with a replacement or refund.

Coco Veda stands behind each and every one of our products and we would like to hear from you. Please contact us with a detailed message expressing your concerns or call +971 55 174 9566. We will gladly refund the purchase price of the product minus shipping costs (if applicable)  on any unopened, re-sellable merchandise that is reported within 15 days of product delivery.

Full purchase price will be refunded if it’s determined that the returned item(s) are associated with a product defect or if the order was incorrect due to an internal mistake by Coco Veda. 

How will I be refunded for my returned item(s)?
The store owner , Gugosi Resources Limited is in close collaboration with Coco Veda and will credit your Loyalty account for the total purchase price of the product minus shipping costs, upon receipt of the product.  Should you decide to return the product,the cost of return shipping has to be borne by you. Rest assured, we will find a way to make up for this in future and will be in touch with you .

What if I accidentally provided Coco Veda with the wrong ship-to address?

If for some reason you provided the wrong shipping information upon checkout and the order is returned to our warehouse, please get in touch with us so that we can mutually work out a solution.

What if my item was shipped and the packaging appears to be damaged?

We advise every customer to inspect his or her orders immediately upon arrival before the driver leaves. If package appears to be damaged you should contact that delivery service ASAP. Do not dispose of any packaging materials until the order is deemed satisfactory or the problem has been resolved.
